You don’t have to have heaps of offerings and programs
I’m all about keeping things simple. I suggest taking all your ideas and ways to make money, and put them all together into one amazing flagship program that you are known for and can sell with confidence.
Try this exercise:
Know your end goal and bigger picture, for example ‘help coaches grow and scale their coaching business’
Write down everything you can teach people [EVERYTHING… even if someone else is doing it]
Categorize all the things you wrote in the previous step and categorize these into ‘modules’
Create this into a flagship program
This way, as you continue to grow, and have more creative ideas, you can see if it aligns with your flagship program, and if it does you can simply add this to your flagship program and continue to provide value to your clients/students.
By having this one big ‘full box’ of everything they need, you are able to price it higher, which means you will need to sell less to be able to reach your financial goals.
