First off, an email will go out from my tech platform and from us. Most of the time the customer will update their details and this will resolve the situation [3.43]
There are some situations in which this first stage doesn’t work. We will follow the above process 3x’s using canned copy [4.55]
In order to then follow up, you need to have terms and conditions in order to help support you when following up with payments [7.10]
After 3 times of trying to follow up, we remove them from all course content + bonus content [7.50]
It is hard when dealing with this in business [8.41]
