Don’t tell all the things they get (e.g you get all the workbooks, PDFs etc) instead you want to communicate the transformation to them and covering their basic desires [4.57]
You want to be able to sit in the position of where they are, unpacking their struggles and switch that to how you can help them get what they are craving [6.30]
