Episode Transcript:

[00:00:00] Lindsay: Kelsey. Thank you so much for being on the book your dream clients podcast. I'm super excited to have you on.

[00:00:46] Kelsey: Oh, thank you so much, Lindsay. And I actually just heard how it could be heard as Booker Jim.

[00:00:53] Lindsay: I say it really fast.

[00:00:57] Yeah. So we're just talking about transcribing our podcast episodes. And I said, every time my transcriptions are. Transcribes my S my, my speaking, it says it's the Booker jim podcast. It is not the Booker Jim client podcast. It's the Booker dream clients podcast. And that's okay if I have to edit that out, but I love the fact that you are here.

[00:01:21] Because this episode is going to be released on 2, 2 22, and we're recording this in November. So we are way ahead of the game. And I'm excited to see where this conversation goes. So why don't you go ahead and introduce yourself and we'll take it from.

[00:01:35] Kelsey: Yeah, thank you. So I'm Kelsey Abbott, I'm a transformational leader and an instigator of joy, and I help people relax into their true essence so they can experience more ease, abundance, and flow by using human design, mindfulness, professional coaching and intuition.

[00:01:55] What a

[00:01:55] Lindsay: great package you have, because this is it all just helps. One another. I see it just as this circle that, yes, you want to do this, but let's look back here and see what brings you joy and just, it's so important to do things that bring you joy. So how did you even get started?

[00:02:12] Kelsey: With joy

[00:02:14] Lindsay: with your business in general?

[00:02:16] Kelsey: Well, my business. Okay, so let's back up. I studied psychology, art history and biology in undergrad. And then I got my master's degree in Marine biology and I studied killer Wells. And then I worked for the federal government for a minute, a minute in this case being a year. And I was offered, I worked for the office of protected species and I was offered this big promotion, actually doing the same thing I was doing, but getting paid like triple and got offered that promotion and it turned it down and I quit instead because.

[00:02:54] I didn't love it. It was, I felt very trapped in that job. It just wasn't lighting me up. So from there I became a science writer, meaning I found scientific papers and made them fun and funny and accessible. And I was a science blogger and science writer for a years. And on this side I'd always been coaching swimming.

[00:03:15] So I was. Also coaching, swimming, teaching some lessons, coaching, triathlon teaching group fitness, like teaching spin classes and core classes. And then one day, one day at science writing, I got three amazing invitations all in a row. For these, in the science writing world, these really big outlet. So we're like, we want to hire you to be one of our staff writers and like, oh my goodness, this is the big time.

[00:03:47] And then they'd be like, we're going to get you the contract in two weeks and one after the other. And he said, I'm so sorry. All of our funding just got cut. And then at the same time I saw. Someone posted on Facebook that she had just a few free sessions left to give, to get her life coaching certification.

[00:04:08] And I reached out to her and was like, what is life coaching? And where are you getting certified and had a great conversation with her. Had a great conversation with the school I was enrolled like the next week started, I think the next month. On day one, I was like, yes, this is what I'm supposed to be doing.

[00:04:26] So I started my coaching business in 2014 and I actually ended up, I'd been triathlon coaching as well. And I was working for another company, which was at the time. Actually, like I got to keep all my money. I had complete independence and then they decided to change their model. So I was, I started my life coaching and triathlon coaching business at the same time.

[00:04:54] I never set out to start a business. So I was just like, okay, here we go. And then I started the, find your awesome podcast in 2017. And at some point along the way, One of my guests asked me, have you ever heard of human design? And I was like, no, no. Like I had no idea what she was talking about. I was like, do you mean like anatomy?

[00:05:19] Which I was like, no, you need to know your birth time. I was like, okay. Like still not giving me any more information around this. And then I kind of very slowly. Figure it out, what human design was figured out, that it was kind of interesting. And it was just this like slow build towards going all the way down the rabbit hole with human design and recognizing, oh, oh my goodness.

[00:05:45] This is like the missing piece for what I provide my clients. So I added the human design piece and that pretty much brings us to today.

[00:05:54] Lindsay: Well, thank you for sharing this amazing story. I love hearing how people started and you had so much rich wins in your job, history and coaching and all the things that you've been doing and love how it brought.

[00:06:08] You brought you here. You feel. You're here for a reason and you're doing exactly what you're here to do, right?

[00:06:16] Kelsey: Yeah, absolutely. And I was supposed to do all those other things along the

[00:06:22] Lindsay: cause they brought, they brought you here. Yeah. I think that's something that so many people just disregard. They feel like nothing they do is, has a point and they don't even know why they're here in the first place.

[00:06:35] And to me, that. So very sad. How can you talk to somebody who feels like they have absolutely no point and they don't even know where they're supposed to go? Where do they even start? Oh,

[00:06:47] Kelsey: first of all, so much love, so much compassion for a feeling and that place of well basically being like lost in the woods.

[00:07:00] And yes, every single one of us, every single being on this planet is here to change the world in their own unique way. Now some people think change, the world means being president or they think that world changing can only happen like on the political level. And that's not my, no, not at all. Changing the world.

[00:07:29] For one person could be being incredibly nurturing and just providing this space where everyone that comes into your energy just feels so loved. It could be in creating technology that makes somebody's life easier. It could be in. Cleaning houses and making other people's lives healthier and easier.

[00:07:55] You're like, let's not discount ease. That's kind of why we're here. Also some of us, not some of us, most of us have this idea that life is supposed to be hard and struggling, and people will think I haven't found my purpose. I don't know what I'm here to do because everything they're doing is coming so easily to them.

[00:08:13] That's how it's supposed to be. Easy. It is absolutely positively for you. And when we look at your human design chart, your purposes right there, it's not saying, oh, this is the job you're supposed to have, but it will show you your biggest gift. And the thing that when you don't know what to do, it's the thing you are supposed to lean into.

[00:08:38] And everybody has one thing and it's totally unique for everyone.

[00:08:43] Lindsay: I always felt that I been cheating my whole life, that everything comes to me way too easily. And someday somebody's going to find out something bad is going to happen. That's how I always felt. And I, like you said, at the beginning so much love for the person who feels like the complete opposite.

[00:09:05] I think that we put too much stock into, like you said, like you can't change the world unless there's some high level person who has this massive influence and that's not true. Everyone is here for a reason. And I think it's important just to get that out there right away. Talk about the human design.

[00:09:21] What does that even mean?

[00:09:23] Kelsey: Yeah. Okay. So human design is a weird name. So just to put the name aside, what. The background is that it is a combination of the shocker system, the I Ching and astrology. But again, don't like now put that aside and here's the deal before you were born, your little baby soul got called to earth school and he goes so excited because earth school is big time.

[00:09:52] You can learn so much in earth school. And so your soul chose all of the gifts, all of the. Unique gifts you would have, and you would need to have all the tools you need to change the world in your own unique way. When you came here and then your soul found the exact day and time and place that you would need to enter into this world to seal that in your blueprint.

[00:10:26] So on day one, the day you are born, you know exactly who you are and why you are here on day two. If you're get it all and then. These well-meaning humans come in and they start telling you how things are and how to be in the world, because they really, truly want the best for you for the, for the most part.

[00:10:48] And so you start developing all these ideas of, oh, I should do this. I'm supposed to do it this way. And maybe some of that works for you. Maybe some of it really doesn't and one day you discover human design. You discover your human design blueprint. Find somebody who can interpret it for you and you relax into the ease of, oh, I knew it.

[00:11:14] I knew that's how it was supposed to be for me. I knew I wasn't supposed to do it that way. And you, you sit in on wonder at the concept that. It gets to be easy that you don't have to be on the struggle bus. That in fact, when something is heavy and hard, it's a sign that it's not the right way. It's assigned for you to keep going, keep on walking down that hallway.

[00:11:43] One of the analogies I give people is imagine you are out to dinner at a new restaurant with friends and you need to use the restroom. And so you get up and you ask the server where the restroom is and they say it's down the hall to the left. And so you go down the hall and you find a door on your left and you try to.

[00:11:59] And it doesn't open and you jiggle the handle and it doesn't open and you try and like, maybe it's throw your body against it and it doesn't open. You know why it doesn't open because it is the storage closet and nobody wants you to pee. And the. So, if you just release your desire, you, it feeling like, you know, what's best your desire to go in there and pee in the mop bucket.

[00:12:24] And you walk down the hall, you're going to come to the most palatial restroom ever. And that, that ease that gloriousness, that is what is for you.

[00:12:38] Lindsay: I love analogies so much. Cause I I'm such a visual person. So that makes so much sense to me. So I love that. I never heard anything spoken with bathrooms like that, but it makes so much sense and you can feel like, okay, this is where I'm supposed to be.

[00:12:54] Right. Yeah, exactly. I feel like the, when people find out their human design and what they're here for, it must be a mix of confirmation and. Like a new, just brand new information, right?

[00:13:08] Kelsey: Yes. Yeah, absolutely. For me. So my primary purpose here is to be intuitive for other people now, according to my human design.

[00:13:22] So I had some experiences being into. As a younger, well, as a little kid, I don't remember those that clearly what I do remember super clearly is when I was in college, my grandmother passed away and I knew it. I knew, and she had passed away, but no one told me for three days because I was in the middle of exams and it just was so uncomfortable.

[00:13:44] And I was like, I don't want to know when people do. Like I should just shut my intuition down. Then when I went to coaching school, all of a sudden I was exposed to all these intuitives who had never. Well, at least they'd never been out as intuitive in my life before. And I have to, I had like go for a taro reading or whatever, some sort of intuitive reading and every time someone would tell me something, I was like, yeah, I know.

[00:14:11] And it was so disappointed and they were like, Kelsey that's because you can do this too. And I was like, yeah, whatever. So I had like a years of building up to this. Finally was starting to warm up to it. And it's just like, you know, again, the timing was perfect. I wasn't trying to force myself into the storage closet, dependent mop bucket at all.

[00:14:34] I was just getting brave enough to step into that palatial restroom. I, because right when I learned what my human design purpose was. I was able to just either just laughed out loud. When I, when I discovered it, I was like, oh, a universe is so sassy. This whole thing is so sassy. Of course, of course the thing that I denied for years, of course, the thing that scared me and I thought the, not the only place, but like the place I certainly had, like imposter syndrome of like, who am I to be intuitive?

[00:15:12] Of course, that's actually what I am here.

[00:15:17] Lindsay: So interesting. So what does it mean when somebody doesn't ever find out what they're here for? What is, what is life feel

[00:15:25] Kelsey: like? Hmm, it feels like you're on the struggle bus. It feels like you're constantly pushing. You're trying to live somebody else's life.

[00:15:34] You're trying to follow all the rules. Yeah, it feels like being lost. It feels like being exhausted. It feels like maybe being uncomfortable in your body. It feels like it can feel like trudging through really deep snow. It can feel lonely. It can also feel like, whoa, this is just how it is. Life is hard and life gets to be like a puppy playing with a squeaky toy.

[00:16:10] My is it's an adventure. Of course, it's going to be hard. Like we're all going to experience grief. We are all going to experience pain. We are all going to experience suffering. Although. With training, we can reduce our, the amount of suffering we experience and in the grand scheme of things, it can be filled with ease.

[00:16:38] Lindsay: I a hundred percent agree. I don't believe that we're here to be miserable. I mean, like you said, we do have, it's kind of a balance, right? It doesn't have to be full on misery and not feeling like we're not even supposed to be here. Like we have absolutely no purpose. We do. And when we talk to the, the people who are in this space, Online business.

[00:17:02] I think one of the biggest things is they feel that imposter syndrome, like when you brought that up before, I think so many of them feel that way when they're first starting and they're searching and searching and searching for the right thing for them to do validation, inspiration. What is their first step to figuring that out?

[00:17:22] Kelsey: Well, I mean, I'm completely biased, but I would say get your human design chart, get a human design reading. But even if that is outside of your budget right now, or if it doesn't light you up right now I offer a free chart on my website and I'll tell you your energy type and your profile. And then I will send you a little love note where you can read all about your energy type.

[00:17:50] So there are five energy types in human design generator, manifester projector, reflector, and manifesting generator. And your energy type describes how you are meant to dance with energy. I, for instance, I'm a manifesting general. Manifesting generators are known as being super bouncy where the rest of the world says, go from a to B to C.

[00:18:14] We go from a, it's a purple potato to hippopotamus, to swing set to six. And that is our normal path. I mean, you heard my career path Marine biologists to personal trainer group fit. To science, science, writing. I mean, I'm even getting things out of order. I forgot to mention it used to have a food blog and then there's to coach and podcaster and human design reader.

[00:18:39] It's super bouncy. I'm also super matte multi-passionate. So we here, I'm kind of going on a little tangent here, but I was told early on in my online business. I was told, actually don't let them see your muscles. So when you post on Instagram, you try to look more feminine. The only people see your muscles.

[00:19:03] And I was like, well, first of all, I rejected that right away. I was just like, I don't what the heck? No, but the idea was, you're going to confuse people and they're going to think you're a coach for athlete. You're an athletic coach. And so this year actually no last year during the start of COVID I started teaching core classes again.

[00:19:31] I had not been teaching core since, oh, I don't know, 20. 2014. Maybe when I taught nine core classes a week, I loved it. And then it just, it felt like it was time to move on. So I moved on and then during the start of COVID, I started teaching classes over zoom and it was so much fun. And then this year I reached this point of, I don't want to be a certain place at a certain time.

[00:19:57] I, so I created like a downloadable video that people can do on their own any time. I'm sharing this with my list, my list of people that is here to learn about human design and personal growth and development and ease from me. And I'm like, and look, I also teach core and that breaks all the rules in terms of business.

[00:20:18] Like shouldn't, I start another business. That's like core with Kelsey. No, you can find that on my website. You can also find meditations. You can find like I'm a, I have a bunch of different interests and as a manifesting generator, just being able to share. All of me and be all of me in my business that is like, oh, thank you.

[00:20:40] Thank you for like, I don't have to hide that. I also, I learn a lot. I have a lot of like soul growth. Epiphanes through trainings, through biking and running and swimming. And I had also been told, stop telling your athletic stories, like, you know what, this athletic story. Pertinent to everything I do. It's just, cause I, I learned that through running.

[00:21:07] Does it mean it also pertains to when I'm making cupcakes or? Oh, when I'm faced with like a massive relationship challenge, how, and I used to hate this phrase, but I'm going to use it right here. How we do one thing is how we do everything. ,

[00:21:28] Lindsay: you know what, that's so funny that you say that how we have to feel like we have to be one person on online, especially in our business.

[00:21:35] Right? Like if you say something that goes a little bit out of the norm, And everyone's going to reject it, but I believe that that makes people feel more connected with you because they're sharing other aspects of your, of your daily life. And I don't think that our life has to be, or what we share has to be so consistent with our business.

[00:21:57] Or if like last night I had this discussion with my husband. I said because. Baking, and I love making bread and, you know, doing all those things. And I thought I should share my pretty bread that I make on my Instagram feed instead of just on stories. And I said, and that like, people are going to think, wow, that has nothing to do.

[00:22:19] Business and he goes, yeah, but that's you and why can't you? And I said, exactly why can't I, we can do whatever makes us feel good. And I think it, it brings in people that feel connected on an, on a whole new level. That's what I believe. Anyway. I

[00:22:37] Kelsey: agree with you completely. And excuse me, I have shared recipes with my email list.

[00:22:43] I actually retired from social media in 2018. And so I, I no longer share like food pictures or anything like that on social media, but I shared a recipe for black bean brownies with my list. And I think I shared a bean salad recipe and that has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with any of this stuff I do in my business.

[00:23:06] And these were things that were just. They brought me so much joy. So why not? Why do I have to like, hold it hostage, not share it with people. One of the reasons people want to be in my energy is for my joy. So here here's a little piece of joy and look, you can make your own joy at home.

[00:23:24] Lindsay: And it seems like that those are such great conversation starters.

[00:23:28] And I always think, you know, like last night I shared a story of all five of us were making our own pizza, pizza crust, and I thought, you know what. This is maybe will inspire a mom to do something with her kids in the kitchen, or do something with their husband or their partner in the kitchen together.

[00:23:46] And think of like, not just the act of what you're sharing, the recipe, the whatever you're doing, but think of what, what it could inspire someone else to do. That's going to make them feel happy.

[00:23:58] Kelsey: Yes. And side note, I recently heard that like the statistics on the number of people who actually cook for themselves is getting shockingly low.

[00:24:07] So you probably are blowing people's minds every time you share something. That's like, look, my whole family, we make food.

[00:24:19] Lindsay: Yes. And I think that is such a huge bonding experience for your family. So I believe in that. So don't ever feel like you shouldn't share another part of you because no one's ever seen that.

[00:24:30] If you feel inspired to share, go do it. And it's going to make someone happy, whether there's one person or a hundred or a thousand, just, just do it. I think it's really empowering.

[00:24:41] Kelsey: I didn't eat. You it's none of your business while you feel inspired to share something like that's the universe working through you.

[00:24:49] The universe is like, share this, you know, maybe you're going to share your recipe for. Yeah for bread. And to that, it's going to bring somebody new into your life and business. And maybe that person in a few years is going to introduce you to somebody that's going to completely change your life in another way.

[00:25:07] Like we, we have no idea what's going on here. It's just our job to follow, follow the joy.

[00:25:17] That's

[00:25:18] Lindsay: another good t-shirt design. We were talking about teachers. We have no idea what's going on.

[00:25:25] Kelsey: That's so true. It's so true. And the more, the more we just relax into that, the more we relax into the, I have no control.

[00:25:38] It's funny that I thought I could. Control this life and be like, okay, I'm done with, I'm done with this. Now I'm ready to move on to the next thing. It's always pay

[00:25:50] Lindsay: attention. You gotta pay attention. Yesterday I, we have our, we have this little table in our living room and we use it for homeschool and I love having my little living room table.

[00:26:03] Such a game-changer in our family, but I was sitting there cause I had some time off from work and I had my notebook and I was, I planned on doing some writing and some planning for next year and I was just feeling super stuck and frustrated with myself. And I was sitting there writing on the paper, absolute nonsense, and I was mad because I couldn't move.

[00:26:28] And all of a sudden, my daughter sits out on the couch and she said, mom, do you want to play a game with me? And she never asks me to play Nintendo with her, anything like that. And I was like, I, at first I was thinking I could respond and say, no, I'm busy or. I think that it was bad. They take a break stopping so hard on yourself.

[00:26:48] Go have some fun with your daughter. So it's always, what is, what is I'm coming at you with? You know, I think kids are like little angels directing you where you need to be pulling you away from you feeling, you know, overwhelmed or whatever it is, and go listen to all of those things, whether it's in your mind or it's literally another person redirecting you to something that's going to make you feel joyful.

[00:27:12] Kelsey: Absolutely. And kids and dogs and maybe sometimes cats, but I think that's a lot of the time are just really doing their own thing.

[00:27:25] Lindsay: I totally agree. So what does a human design session with you? What is that like?

[00:27:31] Kelsey: So I offer, so first of all, there's like private sessions where it's a coaching session and we'll use your human design as a, as a blueprint to keep coming back to, to figure out the best way for you to.

[00:27:45] Do whatever it is that you want to be doing. But then there's a human design reading. I do readings for individuals and for partners and a partner partnership. In this sense, it can be a romantic partnership. It can be a business partnership. It can be just a relative, like it can be you and your sibling, you and your kid doesn't matter that in that when you look at how you interact, How your energy interacts together and an individual reading and in partner readings, we dive into everything.

[00:28:19] So we start upper level. We look at your energy type, which again is generator manifestor projector, reflector, or a manifesting generator. We look at your profile, which is basically how you're supposed to do what you're here to do. We look at all of your gifts. We look at where you take on other people's energy.

[00:28:39] We look at where you have your own energy and your own consistent way of doing things. We look at whether you're here to be consistent or not consistent. We look at how you best. Handle habit change. Like, do you do best with creating what I call Barbara boundaries for yourself or safety lanes? Like, like if you want to stop drinking alcohol, are you better off getting all the alcohol out of the house or do you simply decide, okay, I'm not drinking alcohol anymore.

[00:29:09] We look at. Whether your focus is best when you are deeply like all in with something, or if you're the type of person who gets experiences deep focus, like in the middle of an emergency room. And we look at your manifesting style, or are you a specific manifestor or are you nonspecific? Are you here to be strategic or not?

[00:29:29] Are you here to be an active manifestor or a passive manifestor essentially someone who's like, Hey universe, over to you. I am just going to go do my thing. We look at all of this and in doing all of that, we give you permission to be who you really, truly deep down. No, you are.

[00:29:51] Lindsay: I imagine that all of this information can be really exciting to hear.

[00:29:56] So what do people do with this information? Do they feel like they're equipped or is there more work to do after.

[00:30:03] Kelsey: That is kind of on a case by case basis. I find some people take it and they're like so hungry for it. And that they just like, you know, Watch the recording of our session, they will write tons of notes, just gobble everything up and just like, they basically jumped all the way down.

[00:30:23] The human design rabbit hole and human design is called the human design experiment. Because for instance, with like learning that I'm intuitive, if I hadn't already had. The years leading up to that with learning that I'm intuitive, it would have been an invitation for me to okay. Experiment. Like, how am I intuitive?

[00:30:44] And it, even though I already know I'm intuitive, it's still is like a, how can I learn? Look lean into my intuition more. And some people are like, yeah, I forgot everything you told me. Can I have another session? And actually. Who knows by the time this airs, I don't know if I'll still be doing this, bending in to do these small group coaching groups.

[00:31:09] I am still looking for the name for this, but small groups, like three to four people, and we are going to live the human design experiment together. The whole idea is to relax into being our true essence and experience. Oh, what is the universe trying to teach me right now? What, what does the energy around me feel like right now?

[00:31:28] What am I trying to do? Like, you know, maybe you're trying to want something. And the energy right now is saying, sit to sit, just be as still, maybe if for you and the way your energy is flowing, it's like just, you are not ready to act right now. So I always feel like it's like, Putting it out of order, sign around your neck and being like, not yet, just put yourself in a little bit of jail and gel can be fun in this case.

[00:31:57] Like it's like go grab a good book and park yourself on the couch, go out in the woods and explore, but you're not putting anything out in your business right now. Just hold yourself back. And I think sometimes we can be told like, oh, you gotta do this at a certain time. And you gotta do this at a certain time.

[00:32:14] But like, The truth is always in our body or our wisdom lives in our body. And if our body is saying like it, like, even with me describing this, this new small group program, I don't have a name yet. I'm like, oh, okay. I'm not going to announce this. I'm not going to act on it until I have a name. That's going to be one of the signals that like, okay, now, It's just still percolating right now.

[00:32:39] So everyone does something differently with it, but I find that the more, once you learn all the things about your human design, the more you talk about it, the more you try and use it, the more you're explaining to your friends and your loved ones. Hey, actually, this is how I'm supposed to go through the day.

[00:32:57] Say you learn that you have Indirect light digestion. That means that you are built to eat your biggest meal at night. That means that candle it dinners are totally for you and being out in broad daylight. That won't be the best time for you to really digest information or food. So you have that conversation with your family and you're like, Hey, turns out I'm a night owl.

[00:33:24] It turns out I just want to experiment with eating more, a heavier meal at night and maybe studying at night or working more at night and just letting the day lead me where it does and not feeling that pressure to. You know, follow the schedule that so many people say we should have like getting up at a certain time and like kind of essentially working nine to five and then resting.

[00:33:48] Yeah. Maybe that's not for you. So allowing yourself to step into the experiment and the remembering and experiment. I mean, look, I used to be a scientist and experiment is not to prove that something works or doesn't work and experiment is to find out what happened. So to find out what happens as you realize that you have this gift that is you realize that you, your soul chose this way for you to experience more ease.

[00:34:15] Well, do you experience more ease when you do it that way? Does your bloating suddenly go away when you're eating more at night and less during the daylight? I don't know. There are so many different possibilities. Wow,

[00:34:30] Lindsay: this is so amazing. I love this and I'm sure everyone is wondering how can they find out more about how to work with you and get their own human design reading?

[00:34:40] Kelsey: Yeah, head over to Kelsey abbott.com and that's where you will find out how you can just get a free chart from me. And then you'll learn all the things about how to book a reading with me and. Just to note on that free chart, it's actually sent by me. It's not generated by anything automatically. So I will personally pull your chart and send you a personal email, telling you a little bit about your chart.

[00:35:04] So give me a minute. I say, give me 24 to 48 hours and I will send it to. That is

[00:35:12] Lindsay: no one does

[00:35:13] Kelsey: that, you know, this actually is a piece of my leaning into my human design. I meant for deep connection and I love. This, I get so much joy from getting to see someone sole in, in pulling their chart and then getting to interact with them.

[00:35:33] Even though most people don't write back, but just like getting to personally send them the email that brings me so much joy. And I feel connected with my business and to give myself the permission ever people are like, what don't do that? Have your opt in be totally automatic. Well, yeah. So if you already have your chart and you just want your love note or you.

[00:35:53] Well, I don't want to sign up for my newsletter list. You can do that too, but

[00:35:57] Lindsay: I love how you go against the rules and you just follow what feels good for you. And I think that is the best business advice and life advice in general, we could get,

[00:36:07] Kelsey: yeah, you're, you're the only expert on you and you're the expert on you right this second.

[00:36:13] And in a few seconds, you might be different than you were a few seconds ago. So would you just lean into what's right for you right now? Hm, so good,

[00:36:25] Lindsay: Kelsey, thank you so much for spending time with us. This was an amazing episode account. We tell everyone, listens everyone. Please go follow her. On her website, go sign up for her newsletter.
