Bring balance and freedom to the front and center of your business.
I like to do things differently…
I’ve never had the desire to work on my business 8 hours a day. When I started10+ years ago, I had babies who took naps, so that’s when I would work on things. And I think we can all agree when I say, no one is more productive than a mom who knows she’s only got an hour or so to get things done before the baby wakes up!
For years, my business heavily relied on client work and quarterly launches for my signature program. I started to feel stretched thin when I went into the third year of me being triple-booked out with clients, monthly launches, and podcast interviews booked twelve months out.
My work days were getting longer, I was getting bored with my launches, and I couldn’t come up with the motivation or creativity to bring a new program into the world, much less a podcast episode topic. Long story short, burnout set in.
Come sit by me for a sec …
… your coaching business should not run your life. It should support and amplify the good life you have now.
When I took a step back and saw what was going on, I knew I had to make some big changes in order to support the new level I was approaching. And I had to do it fast. I was tired of telling my kids that I had to go to a call several times a day. “This isn’t what I want” I would think to myself. “How can I scale back without losing income?” I didn’t think it was possible.
Until I designed a process that I used on myself and now my private clients and it takes them from feeling overwhelmed, bored, and overworked to feeling content, creative, and balanced.
Not only that, but the growth that comes along with you stepping into this new power, is unmatching.
And the best part is, you’re also going to have more time doing what you love, people will notice a new spark in you, and you’ll feel those butterflies you once had when you started your business once upon a time ago. Topped with more income than you know what to do with - without taking away your precious time.
