How to Launch Your Program When You Work a 9-5

In this episode I talk about how to launch your program when you work a 9-5.

Let’s dig into the highlights!

Create your program outline [2.53]

You should never create the program before you launch it.

Create a sales page [8.25]

A paragraph and a price isn’t enough. You need to dig into the transformation they want.

Create a launch plan [10.35]

When you work a 9-5 you don’t have the time to wing it. I suggest creating a launch plan 2-3 months ahead of time. A few examples of what I have done for launches include webinars or a 5 day challenge.

Choose your launch dates [17.10]

Be mindful of your audience and when works best for them. For example I often find September and October works well for my business because kids have just gone back to school. It is also important to think about your work schedule and when works best for you.

Creative time [18.50]

Walk into your launch refreshed and ready to go. The way to do this is by completing all of your misc tasks one month prior to launch, for example scheduling all launch emails. The best launches are created at least one month before.

Be mindful of your dates [21.30]

It’s okay if you need to change dates.

Promote your launch vehicles [23.30]

If you want a big launch, you need to use big vehicles. 1-2 weeks in advance is the timeline I recommend.
